Morning,

Just a heads up, my girlfriend and I are heading down to Winona the weekend of May 7/8 to preview the trinona course.

Anyone that wants to cruise down with is welcome. We're thinking of camping just south of Winona, provided the campground is open. Otherwise, it would be your standard mini camp:

- Run the course on Saturday. There may be swimming, but depends on the temperature of the lake (bring your neoprene skull caps?).

- Bike the course Sunday morning. Back before dinner Sunday night.

I'm not trying to play tour guide here, just throwing out a friendly invite.

I just made reservations at Great River Bluffs SP.

I'll be down there May 7 during the day - set up camp, do a quick spin around the park/along the river, and take a look at Winona proper. Then, probably do most of the riding/running/swimming on May 8 and 9 (Saturday and Sunday, respectively).

Honestly though, I'm really just in it for the s'mores.
