Hey Triathlon Friends,
I have been searching high and low for a website that does a good job of demonstrating good running form. After you watch the first video watch the 1500 semi finale from Athens in 2000 that he narrates.

They are having a Good From Running clinic for free at Marathon Sports on the 29th (This coming Thursday). They are limited to 15 people, I'm number one . I'm pretty excited to see what you show you, I need help badly!!! Oh and running instruction to

Bummer! Volleyball practice conflicts. Tell us what you learn. All I know how to do is a controlled fall down hills.
