Hello to fellow TC Tri geeks!

Sam here! Getting in to my third full season of racing and am looking at a 1/2 IM this summer. I know a few of you on here and will certainly be referring more people to the site.

I am currently attending St. Paul Tech and am enrolled in the personal fitness program. Have yet to start my PT classes but it will be soon! I am interested in becoming a triathlon coach and really enjoy multi-sport.

Here is to a great and healthy 2010 season for all!
