Hello, my name is Steve, and I am a new member of TCMC. I just turned 45 and I've been competing in sprint triathlons for the past 3 years. I really enjoy the sport and the commradre at the events.

I buddy and I volunteered at IM WI 2011, then registered for the 2012 race. Currently, I am training/preparing for a 24 week IM program that will start in April. So far, things are going well, but I know balancing work, family, coaching soccer, and IM training will get very interesting in a few months.

I live in Rosemount, MN and do much of my training at Lifetime in Lakeville. If there is anyone interested in some long Spring rides or runs in the Southern suburbs, let me know.

Welcome Steve! Maybe coaching will help you avoid over training I coached volleyball this Fall. It does keep you busy. Good luck with the IM! Shaun
