Hi everyone. My name is jonnyj. I am the co-director of the club. I have been racing endurance sports since 1992, including mountain bike racing, road, tri, running, adventure racing. This year I will be competing in my 6th Ironman (Canada), then I plan to move back off road for a while.
Currently I teach personal training at Saint Paul College, I am a NASM Certfied CPT, CES, PES. I also hold my USAT, USAC, and USATF coaching licenses. I am the instructor of the spinning and strength classes listed in the events calender.
