Is there any advice that any of you can give me in regards to my first ever Triathlon? I have been doing a little bit of training on my own (along with a few running races this summer) but am not sure if what I am doing is enough. I am really looking forward to my first tri but am also very nervous.

Boy Where do I start... JK... Actually I wish I would have started going to JJ's Spin/Brick classes when I first started. I learned a lot from him and all the other Triathletes that are part of TCMC. Learned a lot about equipment, nutrition, training, etc. I would summarize my first year as an example of what not to do. So my advice is get hooked up with some of the TCMC Stallions who have been doing this for a while and ask questions..
